Important: Our services are mainly educational and service-based. Therefore,
most services do not require physical shipping like normal product delivery. Access, confirmation,
documents, certificates or course-related services may be delivered digitally, through portal access,
email, WhatsApp, SMS, in-person collection or courier/post wherever applicable.
1. Nature of Services
PRUDENT COMPUTER EDUCATION sells and provides educational services, online/offline training,
institute/centre services, digital portal services and certificate-related services. These services are
different from physical products and usually do not involve traditional shipping.
- Online courses may be delivered through website, student portal, digital platform, video classes, downloadable content or online access.
- Offline courses are delivered at the concerned centre, institute or classroom location.
- Admissions, enrollments, exam registrations and payment confirmations may be delivered through digital confirmation, receipt, SMS, email or portal update.
- Certificates, marksheets, ID cards or other documents may be issued digitally or physically as per institutional policy.
2. Digital Delivery
Most online services and digital services are delivered electronically after successful registration,
payment verification, admission confirmation or approval by the institution.
- Digital delivery may include login credentials, student portal access, institute portal access, online course access, downloadable study material, e-certificates, e-marksheets, receipts or payment confirmations.
- Digital access is generally provided after successful payment and verification of required details.
- Delivery may be made through email, SMS, WhatsApp, student panel, institute panel or official website/portal.
- Users must provide correct mobile number, email ID and other required information for smooth digital delivery.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeline
Delivery timeline may vary depending on the type of service, payment status, verification process,
course type, document type and operational requirements.
- Payment confirmation/receipt may be generated after successful payment verification.
- Student admission or enrollment access may be activated after document verification and admission confirmation.
- Online course or portal access may be provided after successful payment and approval, generally within a reasonable working period.
- Certificates, marksheets, ID cards or printed documents may require additional processing time after completion of course/exam formalities.
- Any delay due to incorrect information, incomplete documents, pending payment or technical issues shall not be treated as shipping failure.
4. Physical Delivery / Courier / Post
Since most services of PRUDENT COMPUTER EDUCATION are educational and digital in nature,
physical shipping is not required for most transactions. However, where physical documents are issued,
delivery may be done through in-person collection, centre handover, courier, post or any other approved mode.
- Physical certificates, marksheets, ID cards, authorization letters or other printed documents may be delivered only after completion of required process.
- Courier/postal charges, packing charges or delivery charges may be applicable wherever physical dispatch is requested.
- Delivery address must be complete and accurate. The institution shall not be responsible for delay or loss caused due to wrong/incomplete address.

5. Delivery of Certificates and Academic Documents
Certificate, marksheet, ID card or academic document delivery is subject to successful completion of
academic, examination, fee and verification requirements.

- Certificate or marksheet will not be issued if required fees, documents, exam process or approval is pending.
- Correction, duplicate copy, reprint or re-dispatch may be subject to additional charges and verification.
- Students are responsible for checking spelling, personal details and course details before final document processing, wherever confirmation is required.
6. Delivery of Institute / Centre Services
For institute registration, centre registration, franchise services, software access, portal access,
authorization or similar services, delivery may be in the form of approval, login credentials,
dashboard activation, documentation or digital communication.
- Centre/institute access may be activated only after successful payment, document verification and approval.
- Institute panel login, student management access, authorization documents or related services may be provided digitally or physically as per policy.
- Any centre-specific document or printed material may require additional processing and dispatch time.
7. Incorrect Contact Details or Address
Users are responsible for providing correct name, email ID, mobile number, address, institute details
and any other information required for delivery.
- PRUDENT COMPUTER EDUCATION shall not be responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect email ID, wrong mobile number, incomplete address or invalid details.
- Any re-delivery, correction, re-dispatch or re-processing may attract additional charges.
- Users must immediately inform the institution if there is any change in contact details or address.
8. Failed Delivery or Non-Receipt
If a user does not receive digital access, confirmation, document or courier after the expected period,
the user should contact PRUDENT COMPUTER EDUCATION through official support channels.
- Users must provide payment proof, registration/admission details, contact details and relevant reference number.
- We will verify the records and take reasonable steps to resolve the issue.
- Non-receipt due to spam/junk email folder, wrong email ID, inactive mobile number, blocked WhatsApp, wrong address or third-party courier delay shall not be considered institutional default.
9. No Shipping for Pure Service Transactions
For transactions related only to online/offline courses, training services, admission processing,
portal activation, digital receipt, examination registration or institute service activation,
no physical shipment is generally applicable.
Such services shall be considered delivered when the service access, confirmation, portal activation,
course access, admission status, payment receipt or official communication has been provided.
10. Charges for Physical Dispatch
If physical delivery is requested or required, additional charges may apply.
- Courier charges, postal charges, packing charges, re-dispatch charges or document handling charges may be collected separately.
- Charges may vary depending on location, document type, courier mode and urgency.
- Courier/postal charges once paid may not be refundable if dispatch has already been initiated.
11. Third-Party Courier / Delivery Services
Where delivery is done through courier, postal service or third-party logistics provider,
PRUDENT COMPUTER EDUCATION shall not be responsible for delay, loss or damage caused solely
by such third-party service provider after dispatch.
- We may assist with tracking or support wherever possible.
- Final delivery depends on courier/postal network, local conditions, address accuracy and recipient availability.
- Users may be required to coordinate with courier/postal provider if needed.
